Great food. Our family has the holidays catered by them and food is always made to perfection. My kid will only eat spaghetti and meatballs if it comes from here. He says it's one of the best. I always get their fit menu. The chicken and spinach or broccoli is amazing. The chicken is seasoned so well and never dry. Their pizza is great too. Our family loves this place.
Ordered from her for the first time tonight , very very good . We got a white pie. And a cheesesteak Stromboli , really really good , will definitely order again
I love their pizza. It is probably my favorite in the greater East Brunswick area.. Yeah, I know there is some stiff competition, but my palate prefers Francesco's pizza. It is the perfect sauce to cheese ratio... the crust is delicious on its own... perfectly chewy, just how I like it. And the sauce has that slight sweetness that I love. Also, my husband said that service is extremely friendly (he picked up the order)... The reason why it is only 4 stars is because the wings were some of the worst that I've had. Hard to chew... and they seemed to just dump the bbq sauce on top.. I think I'll stick to the pies only.
Food is very delicious, very friendly owners ,service on point .The veal and chicken melts in your mouth. Been comming here for a few years. Reasonably price menu. Always decorated pretty here. BYOB.
I think we found our pizza spot. I'm definitely a pizza snob. Tried Marias originally. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Decided to try Francesco's pizza. So glad we did. The pizza was delicious. Had a cheese & pep pie & it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back.
Nice people and good food-- thin crust pepperoni pizza was excellent. I love their sausage and peppers sub (the onions were sweet and delicious. )The staff is friendly and kind for a neighborhood pizzeria. Give them a shot. Would love to have small businesses like this one stay around for a long time.
I used to think I lived in a bad area for Italian food, being in Middlesex county. I missed the good cheap pizzerias in BK/ SI. Then I discovered Maria's in Milltown and now possibly even better, Francesco!! Besides the excellent food, Francesco's also has amazing availability which is something I definitely can't say the same for at most restaurants in NYC. The last time I was at Francesco's, I was able to walk in and have a sit-down dinner for 6 adults and 7 kids on a week night. They threw some tables together and made it work. This time my family arrived for Sunday lunch and we were the only ones eating at the restaurant. Usually that's a bad sign but definitely not here. The food was still amazing. The grandma pie was super good - the crust was fresh, soft and doughy on the inside and on top was flavorful cheese garlicky sauce and basil. The pastas are terrific as well. We had a lunch special with linguini in red sauce with calamari shrimp and mushrooms. We ordered it fra diavolo and it was excellent. It was only $13 for lunch too. The fried calamari was good too - fresh tasting and crispy shell and soft tasty squid inside. The marinara sauce was also delicious. For me, the food is amazing, the service was attentive and the prices are very reasonable. The owner has been at the counter both times we dined in and is very friendly. Throw in ample parking and previously mentioned great availability/ convenience, and Francesco's is an easy 5 stars for me.
My favorite pizzeria, and excellent Italian food. I love them. Great friendly staff!!
